Uygulama İçinden Silme
Hesabınıza erişebiliyorsanız uygulama içinde Profil veya Ayarlar bölümünden hesap yönetimi ekranına giderek hesap silme talebi oluşturabilirsiniz. Ürün ekranındaki adımlar uygulama sürümüne göre değişebilir.
Web Üzerinden Silme Talebi
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız veya uygulamayı kaldırdıysanız, hesap silme talebinizi apps@oleysi.com adresine e-posta göndererek başlatabilirsiniz.
E-postanıza mümkünse aşağıdaki bilgileri ekleyin:
- Hesabınızda kullandığınız e-posta adresi veya giriş yöntemi
- İlgili ürün veya uygulama adı
- Talebinizin hesap ve ilişkili verilerin silinmesi olduğunu açıkça belirten kısa bir not
Silinen Veriler
Talebiniz doğrulandıktan sonra hesap profiliniz, kullanıcı tarafından oluşturulan içerikler, mesajlaşma kayıtları, profil görselleri, uygulama içi hesap verileri ve Firebase üzerinde hesabınızla ilişkilendirilen kişisel veriler silme sürecine alınır.
Saklama ve İstisnalar
Silme talebi kaydedildiğinde profiliniz ve herkese açık medya erişiminiz hemen kapatılır. Aktif hesap verileri en geç 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak silinir veya anonimleştirilir. Bu süre dolmadan aynı hesapla yeniden giriş yaparak talebi geri alabilirsiniz; güvenlik nedeniyle daha önce paylaşılmış medya bağlantıları iptal edildiğinden bazı görselleri yeniden yüklemeniz gerekebilir. Kalıcı silme tamamlandıktan sonra işlem geri alınamaz. Erişilemeyen yedekler veya hizmet sağlayıcı düzeyindeki geçici silme kopyaları, sağlayıcının güvenli saklama döngüsü sonunda kalıcı olarak temizlenir ve normal hizmette kullanılamaz. Güvenlik, dolandırıcılık önleme, uyuşmazlık çözümü, ödeme/vergi yükümlülükleri veya başka bir yasal zorunluluk için tutulması gereken sınırlı kayıtlar yalnız gerekli süre boyunca ve erişimi kısıtlı olarak saklanabilir. Silme işlemlerine ilişkin denetim kayıtları mevzuat gereği en az üç yıl saklanır.
Google Play Aboneliği
Oleysi hesabınızı silmek Google Play üzerinden başlattığınız aboneliği otomatik olarak iptal etmez. Tekrarlayan ödemeleri durdurmak için hesabınızı silmeden önce veya sonra Google Play'de Ödemeler ve abonelikler > Abonelikler bölümünü açıp Oleysi aboneliğini ayrıca iptal edin.
Apple App Store Aboneliği
Oleysi hesabınızı silmek Apple App Store üzerinden başlattığınız aboneliği otomatik olarak iptal etmez. Tekrarlayan ödemeleri durdurmak için hesabınızı silmeden önce veya sonra Apple'ın Abonelikleri Yönet sayfasını açıp Oleysi aboneliğini ayrıca iptal edin.
Apple ile Giriş Yetkisi
Uygulama Apple yetkisini otomatik kaldıramadığını bildirirse veya silme talebini e-postayla başlatırsanız, Apple'ın Apple ile Giriş kullanan uygulamaları yönetme adımlarını izleyip Oleysi erişimini ayrıca kaldırın. Bu işlem App Store aboneliğini iptal etmez; abonelik yukarıdaki bölümden ayrı yönetilir.

Delete from Inside the App
If you can access your account, go to the profile or settings area in the app and open account management to request account deletion. The exact screen labels may vary by product version.
Request Deletion on the Web
If you cannot access the app or have already uninstalled it, you can start the account deletion request by emailing apps@oleysi.com.
Include the following details when possible:
- The email address or sign-in method used for the account
- The relevant product or app name
- A short note clearly stating that you request deletion of your account and associated data
Data Deleted
After your request is verified, your account profile, user-generated content, messages, profile images, app account data, and personal data associated with your account in Firebase are placed into the deletion process.
Retention and Exceptions
When the deletion request is recorded, your profile and public media access are disabled immediately. Active account data is permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days at the latest. You can cancel the request by signing in with the same account before this period expires; because previously shared media links are revoked for security, you may need to upload some images again. Permanent deletion cannot be undone. Inaccessible backups or provider-level soft-deleted copies are permanently removed after the provider's secure retention cycle and cannot be used in the normal service. Limited records required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, payment or tax obligations, or another legal duty may be retained only for the necessary period with restricted access. Audit records of deletion operations are retained for at least three years as required by applicable Turkish data-protection rules.
Google Play Subscription
Deleting your Oleysi account does not automatically cancel a subscription started through Google Play. To stop recurring charges, open Google Play's Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions section and cancel the Oleysi subscription separately, either before or after deleting your account.
Apple App Store Subscription
Deleting your Oleysi account does not automatically cancel a subscription started through the Apple App Store. To stop recurring charges, open Apple's Manage Subscriptions page and cancel the Oleysi subscription separately, either before or after deleting your account.
Sign in with Apple Authorization
If the app says it could not remove Apple authorization automatically, or if you submitted the deletion request by email, follow Apple's Manage your apps with Sign in with Apple steps and remove Oleysi access separately. This does not cancel an App Store subscription; subscriptions are managed separately as described above.
