1. Satıcı ve Platform Bilgisi
Etkinliğin organizatörü ile bilet satıcısı aynı kişi veya işletmeyse tek taraf olarak; farklıysa ayrı rollerle gösterilir. Oleysi hem organizatör hem bilet satıcısıysa bu rol birleşimi açıkça belirtilir. Aracı hizmet sağlayıcı ve platform işletmecisi bilgileri de aynı işleme özel bölümde yer alır. oleysi.com üzerinden satılan Premium erişiminin doğrulanmış satıcı bilgileri ödeme öncesindeki değişmez işlem özetinde gösterilir.
2. Ürün veya Hizmet Bilgileri
Bilet için etkinlik, tarih, yer, tür ve adet; web Premium için erişim süresi, tek seferlik toplam fiyat ve otomatik yenilenmediği bilgisi ödeme öncesinde gösterilir. Gösterilen toplam tüketicinin ödeme yükümlülüğüdür.
3. İptal, İade ve Teslimat
Bilet ve QR ödeme onayından sonra Biletlerim sayfasında, web Premium ise ödeme doğrulandıktan sonra aynı Oleysi hesabında kullanıma açılır. Belirli bir tarihte veya dönemde yapılacak etkinlik bileti, eğlence veya dinlenme amacıyla boş zamanın değerlendirilmesine ilişkin sözleşme olduğundan genel 14 günlük cayma hakkının istisnasıdır. Ayıplı ifaya ve diğer emredici haklara ilişkin hükümler saklıdır. Ayrıntılar Teslimat ve İade Şartları sayfasında açıklanır.
4. Ödeme
Ödeme işlemleri Garanti BBVA 3D Secure üzerinden yürütülür. Sipariş onayından hemen önce ödenecek tutar ve ödeme yükümlülüğü açıkça gösterilir. Kart bilgileri Oleysi sunucularında saklanmaz.

The total and other transaction terms are also shown before payment. Ticket summaries remain under My Tickets; web Premium appears in the account's Premium status.
1. Seller and Platform Information
When the event organizer and ticket seller are the same person or business, they are shown as one party; when they differ, their roles are shown separately. If Oleysi is both the organizer and ticket seller, that combined role is stated explicitly. The intermediary service provider and platform operator are identified in the same transaction-specific section. For Premium sold on oleysi.com, the verified seller details are shown in the immutable checkout summary before payment.
2. Product or Service Information
For tickets, the event, date, venue, type, and quantity are shown before payment. For web Premium, the access term, one-time total, and non-renewing nature are shown. The displayed total is the customer's payment obligation.
3. Cancellation, Refund, and Delivery
The ticket and QR become available under My Tickets after payment; web Premium becomes available on the same Oleysi account after verified payment. A ticket for an event to be held on a specified date or during a specified period falls within the statutory leisure-service exception to the general 14-day withdrawal right. Mandatory rights, including remedies for defective performance, remain reserved.
4. Payment
Payments use Garanti BBVA 3D Secure. The amount and payment obligation are shown immediately before confirmation. Card details are not stored on Oleysi servers.
